Michael Blackburne is a Construction Solicitor who has acted for all sections of the construction and engineering industry and their insurers for the past 40 years.
He is familiar with all forms of dispute resolution including adjudication, mediation, litigation through the courts and international arbitration. He also sits as a TECSA accredited adjudicator.
He advises on procurement and contract formation having knowledge of all the major forms including JCT, NEC, IChME, FIDIC and MF1.
He has worked for clients from all over world including Europe, North and South America, the Middle East and Africa.
